Osten Limited, a leader in Total Quality Assurance and Sustainability, is seeking a Business Development Executive with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, ideally from the Oil & Gas, Design & Construction, or Laboratory Management sectors to drive growth, partnerships, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry insight and will be instrumental in shaping commercial strategy, building client relationships, and driving high-value deals.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Business
Minimum of 5 years in business development, operations, or commercial leadership
Strong track record of securing projects or clients in industrial or regulated sectors
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure major clients from oil & gas, EPC, and industrial sectors
Lead commercial strategy, pricing, and market penetration plans
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including regulators and consultants
Align service offerings with client expectations and industry standards
Drive revenue growth through tenders, contracts, and long-term agreements

Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and technical teams
Strong regional network
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
