Osten Limited, a leader in Total Quality Assurance and Sustainability, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth and market expansion. This role is suited for a senior commercial professional with strong industry influence in Oil & Gas, EPC, Design & Construction, or Laboratory Management, capable of driving strategy, winning high-value contracts, and building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Business (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development or commercial leadership
Proven success in closing large-scale projects within regulated or industrial sectors
Strong strategic, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute business development and market expansion strategies
Secure high-value contracts, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships
Drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and tender management
Build and sustain executive-level relationships with clients, regulators, and consultants
Align service delivery with client needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Mentor and guide business development teams to achieve revenue targets
