Osten Limited, a leader in Total Quality Assurance and Sustainability, is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental consultancy and compliance monitoring services. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations align with environmental regulations and overseeing the environmental laboratory’s operations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for delivering sustainability services to clients across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Lead environmental consultancy teams, providing desktop, field, laboratory, and environmental studies and monitoring projects for various clients.
  • Oversee ESG services, ensuring that client projects meet regulatory requirements while promoting sustainable practices.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the environmental laboratory, ensuring high-quality testing and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement company’s quality manual and management system processes and policies.
  • Conduct and oversee complex environmental testing and analytical procedures.

Education and Work Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.

Corporate Sustainability:

Must have led team to complete environmental studies team and approval process.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) for environmental analysis.
  • Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, with demonstrated familiarity in GHG inventory reporting methodologies and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
