Osten Limited, a leader in Total Quality Assurance and Sustainability, is seeking a Content Digital Marketer to oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s digital marketing strategy. The role involves creating targeted content-blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates-for scientific and industry audiences, helping drive visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers on the redesign and optimization of the company website to ensure continuous functionality and strong SEO performance.
  • Develop and execute the company’s content strategy to meet online engagement objectives, utilizing a variety of techniques including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Devise and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and conversion rates; recommend and implement improvements based on analytics.
  • Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content (video, audio, and written) for online platforms; coordinate and facilitate webinars and virtual sessions as needed.
  • Manage online branding and product campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Align offline marketing materials and campaigns with digital strategies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop, manage, and track the company’s digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct customer and market research, analyze competitor activity, and apply findings to refine marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital tools, social media platforms, and marketing trends; incorporate innovative solutions into ongoing and future campaigns.

Education and Work Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in digital communications and social media marketing. If Bachelors’ degree is in any other unrelated discipline, candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Understanding of various content management systems, as well as the peculiarities of various social media platforms, in order to customize content as applicable.
  • Ability to design, and recommend improvements to graphics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Strong video editing skills will be an advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools particularly MS PowerPoint.
